Yesterday was a party day! Party called "Bal Znajomstv" ("ball of meeting") was finished. Proudly to say, I was a main manager of this show and I really can say, that it rocked :))) I got a great pleasure from work of true manager. I invited people to team -- real professionals, whom I can trust. DJs, person responsible for PR, for partnerships, for logistics, security and MCs, consulted them, made negotiations with administration of National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy", solved some problems.

In general, there were several moments, which were bad, like awful perfomence of one of faculties, problems with microphones, too many jokes about sex etc. Still, it was first perfomance of fresh's, so we can forbid that.

By the way, I was also on this concert as rapper, perfomed song "Thank you" about poetry and people said that it looked great. I have many nice feedback from people, who do not know about me, saying nice words.

Mooving forward!!!!

The new trimestr has started and new subjects were launched. Now I have more free learning and some interesting projects to work with in this trimestr. I am constanly working on my manager skills and I must admit that I feel some nice results. As I've listened to Manager-Tools podcast (manager-tools.com), it was said there that the main work of manager is: "Think. Decide. Communicate." Think about it.

During my crazy weekend I had a very important event -- meeting with one of most famous rappers in Ukraine -- Vova Zi Lvova, his site is www.vovazilvova.com and I made interview with him. And then we had a nice chat for 1 hour about his life and hip-hop in general. I must admit that Vova is very open and simple person with great worldview. It is so nice to see that we think alike, cause Vova also knows a lot about personal development, goals, vision, self-improvement and all this stuff.
